Our Pagoda Range is a stylish, square design that features a visually eye-catching high peaked roof and will add that extra something special to any outdoor event, while offering much needed shade.

Suitable as a stand-alone structure with the option to add walls, our Pagoda’s can also be joined together to create larger spaces or linked to form an entrance, hallway or gathering space.

Sleek and strong, the Pagoda is available in 3, 5 & 6 meter series and is perfect for market and fete stall holders, trade shows, exhibitions, hospitality, corporate branded marquees, wedding ceremonies, parties and festivals.

Our team at Northern Rivers Wedding & Event Hire have been working to bring together events in Bangalow for over 20 years.
From an intimate lunch in the park, wedding at the Bangalow Guest House, to the Sample Food Festival, there's nothing we haven’t been able to pull off.

How big are your marquees?
We stock an extensive range of high quality and practical marquees, perfect for events in Bangalow. We have:
- Höcker Marquee – Width: 3m, 6m, 10m, 15m x Length: Unlimited
- Sailcloth Marquee – Width: 10m x Length 22m
- Pagoda Marquee – Width 6m x Length 6m
- Quick Shade Marquee – Available in a wide range of sizes
Are marquees weatherproof?

Marquees are an excellent way to keep your guests out of any knid of unpleasant weather.
Our marquees are made from the hightest quality materials and are designed to withstand anything the harsh Australian climate could throw at them.

Can you help with catering?

At Northern Rivers Wedding & Event Hire, we offer an extensive list of catering equipment. Onsite catering can be an affordable and practical solution to feeding your guests at an event or wedding. From fridges to ovens and serving dishes; we have everything needed to allow you to cater for your guests at your next Yamba event.
What type of wedding packages do you offer?

Whatever you desire for your special day, we will work to make it happen. We offer everything from high end wedding packages to boho and standard/budget style weddings. The types of products included varies with each package and are perfect for Yamba weddings.
What is your process when delivering a product or service?

We offer a free site inspection and quotation service. Our office is open 5 days a week, but we are contactable 7 days a week. We can also deliver to your site in Yamba, or you can pick up.
Do you offer a set up service with delivery?

On top of delivering equipment for your next Yamba event, we can also set it up and pack it down. We also offer DIY pick/drop off, however DIY set up is not available for some items such as Marquees.

How long does my hire last?

WE allow three days per hire. We can however allow for extended hire periods - this does incur a surcharge.

Chat to our friendly team if you'd like to know more.
Do I need to clean my items before returning them?

WE ask that after use, items are rinsed free from food stuffs, linen is shaken and catering equipment is cleaned for collection or return of items.

They do not have to be spotless, but please make sure there is no food or drink left on equipment.

Charges may apply for extremely dirty equipment.
What time will my delivery be?

WE ask for your patience and flexibility when booking in delivery and collection days/times.

We do our best to fit in with everyone’s needs, sometimes, especially in peak wedding and event seasons this can be a little more challenging.

If you are needing a time-specific delivery/collection, we ask that you make this known to us at the time of enquiry.
What is your minimum hire?

WE have no minimum hire!
So feel free to place an order for as little or as much as you need.

Please note with some very small orders, we may not always be able to offer delivery, especially in peak wedding/event season.

Our event hire specialists will provide you with guidance on the most suitable items for your needs, and now to operate them safely.

We also provide user guides for some of our catering equipment to help you if you are unsure how to properly operate the items.
